When does my membership start?
Your membership begins the month after you sign up. For example, if you join in April, your first pickup and benefits will begin in May. This gives us time to order your selections and ensure you get the full experience from the start.
I can’t make the pickup party. Can I still get my wine?
Absolutely! The pickup party is a fun perk of membership, but not required. You’re welcome to pick up your wines anytime during the month.
When should I pick up my wines?
We kindly ask that all wines are picked up before the end of the month so we can prepare for the arrival of next month's wines.
How do I use my Wine House tote bag?
Your tote is yours to use and enjoy all month long! Bring it shopping at the Wine House (or anywhere else…we love a little Wine House sighting out in the world). When it’s time for your next pickup, bring it with you and we’ll fill it at the pickup party or when you stop in. Prefer to plan ahead? You’re also welcome to drop it off in advance and we’ll have it packed and ready for you.
How do the drink tokens work?
Your drink token is meant to be enjoyed during the month you receive it and can be used for any selection from our happy hour menu. We love seeing members stop in for a glass throughout the month, or even share the experience by gifting a token to a friend and introducing them to the Wine House.
Should I tip when using my drink token?
While not required, it’s always appreciated. Our team takes great care of our members, and extending the same gratuity you would if purchasing your glass is a wonderful way to support them.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Of course. Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it for you, no hassle at all.
